Golden colour with greenish reflections. Fresh and delicate bouquet, suggestion of pine, dried apricot, a slight hint of rancio, walnuts and sea breeze. Delicate nose. Growing salty palate and a very pronounced acidity. Citrus flavour, persistent dryness with a crunchy and fine finish.
